Default Couple of questions...

A) Do you use spray starch on ALL your bows? just the bigger ones? Do you do the tiny ones too?

B) Do you put non-slip grip stuff (gripzies, velcro, whatever you use) on every bow or only if the customer asks?

I only starch bows that need it such as larger ones, or layered ones, or ones that has thin or limp ribbon

I add non slip grip to all of my bows.

I don't use starch. I use an aerosol (sp??) hairspray to stiffen my bows. I find it works better for me, doesn't leave any white residue, and I always get soooo many compliments on how great my things smell!

I starch all bows made with offray ribbon and all bigger bows, I also only add the no grip if the customer requests it.

I bake all my bows, but I only starch the ones made with softer ribbon or if they're likely to lose their shape (twisted boutique).

I put non slip grip on everything at this stage, but when I make a range for adults (somewhere down the track) then I'll skip the grip.

I live in MI and bigger bows aren't popular up here so I haven't made anything bigger than 3" yet. I've tried starching the twisted boutique I'v emade, but I haven't really noticed THAT much of a difference to do it all the time. So no, I do not starch. That being said I don't make stacked bows yet either (its on the neverending list...). I have a bunch of grippies but no one ever asks for me to add them so I don't.
