Default wrinkles and kinks in tulle??

DH didn't realize he put a bunch of Christmas gifts on top of some tutus I made... one in particular became really wrinkly and kinked.... I love the crisp look right off the roll.... any idea how to fix the problem? I figure ironing will just melt it... maybe steam? what would you do? How do you store your tutus? TIA!

Just put it in the bathroom and turn the bath or shower on hot!! Makes them look good as new.

Hang it up for a few day and straighten it with your fingers as much as possible. It helps a little. I've only made one so I haven't tried any other techniques.

leave it for about 10-15 minutes and then run your fingers through it to "comb" it out. i do this and send a "how-to" with all my tutus. works perfectly! tulle is a very forgiving material.

I put mine in the bathroom, too! It works so well & is very easy. I have ironed a couple, though. I just put some fabric over it & went very quickly. The tulle did fine - no melting.

Just wanted to ditto the bathroom trick. I have even done this with bolt tulle that I found stuffed into ziplock baggies from 6 months ago. Works like a charm!
