Default Help with glue

I live in Fla. and I'm having a problem with the glue. Have used hot glue and a small amount of E600. The problem #1 the glue gets soft and things fall off. (bow holders, center,) #2 how do you attach rubber centers to bows or clippies? Have some runner Dora centers that are I guess heavy and will not stay on. What do you use and why? TIA

Someone suggested to me once to scratch up the backing of the center and that would help the glue adhere to it better. Make sure you are letting the E6000 dry overnight!!

You need to let the E6000 cure before you attach your embellishment. Roughing that up may help some as well.
