I just wanted to say, I had never worked with the BLACK marabou until doing stuff for this halloween, and be carefull with it getting on your clothes. I was wearing a sweater while I was working with it and just a few tiny feathers were still on it when it went in the wash and then I had little black stains everywhere! I've oxy-cleaned and soaked and finally got them out. Never had this problem with the lighter colors. Just wanted to give a heads up.

I cut mine outside too, feathers go flying! But I also get right down to the cord before I cut.

Wow...thanks for the help, I just did a quick marabou search b/c I tried to make my 1st marabou bow and had the same problems...I will try to sew/glue into circle or figure 8.
