Default Attaching flowers to skinny headbands??

I am wondering the best way to attach flowers to a skinny stretchy headband. I don't make to make it interchangeable at all for these. I am thinking hot glue or e-6000?? also would the best place to attach the flower be at the seam that way it is hidden? Or what do you gals do? Thank so much.

i am not sure i would attach it at the seam because it may make the flower lay funny. i have never done it myself, so i would do one with each type of glue and then test it out. hot glue would be a lot easier but it may not hold as well. hope this helps!

i should have been clearer....i would attach the flower opposite the seam, so the seam is at the back of their head.

I sew mine on the opposite end of the seam. My dd is so rough with them and I have not had any problems with them falling apart.

Great thanks! I was thinking that I probably would just put the seam in the back but was unsure as to what everyone else did. Not sure if I will be able to sew on some of the flowers???

I'm wondering do you all take apart the flower and glue it back together when making these sorts of headbands??? I'd love any feedback on this.
Thanks!!!
Nancy

here is one of mine

What I do is overlap the elastic, glue it, then glue a circle peice of felt to the bottom then glue my items on top.

Does that make sense? I have stretched and pulled at the elastic and it doesn't come apart.
