Default Petti tutus

Since it looks like I'm never going to get my hands on a pettiskirt, I've decided to make a few petti tutus. Is there anyone here that makes them? Do you knot (with fluff added) all the ends or do you do just a few top layers? It would take forever to do all of them especially if you use at least 3 strips (6) per knot......

I added 1 piece of fluff on 3 strips on each knot. It still left 3 strips on the bottom with nothing on them. So, would you do 6 fluff pieces per knot? I swear it seems like that would take forever....

I've seen yours before.....very cute, but it looked like you added fluff to each piece, so you only did the top layer? Like half of it, right?

Thanks, Yes there is a tie on every peice but i only use 1 layer of tulle for each knot so it is only 2 ties for each knot.

Oh, I love it! That's what mine looks like. Maybe I was thrown off because when it's on the hanger, you can still see the ones underneath that dont have the fluff, KWIM?

Thanks ladies! You've been a tremendous help!

I love this tutu... Are there instructions you followed to make these. I have never heard of fluffs... I have no clue how to do them.. I love this look.
I have made a couple of tutus before and just knotted the tulle around the elastic all the way around. Yours looks like more than one layer and then I see the fluffs added...

Cute tutus ladies! How long do you make the fluff strip that you add to the end of the tulle?
