So do you use chiffon? and each strip of fluff/chiffon you tie a knot with tulle at the botton????

Now I'm getting confused...LOL! I thought it was a regular tutu made of tulle and to add the fluff you tie an extra piece of tulle at the bottom?? Someone PLEASE explain. Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to make these? If you do, and don't mind telling, you can pm me.

Hmm, so you knot each strip and then tie another strip of tulle to EACH knot? How long is each extra "fluff"? I've never even seen this style before it's so cute!!

I just started doing these a couple weeks ago, they do take a bit, but are worth it I tie the "fluff" on each piece...
