Default sewing korkers

call me crazy, but I have always glued my korkers..I have tried to tie them, sew them, to no avail. Well, I have decided to sew them, to make it faster, and when I dew them, they fall off the thread..Any tips???

How are they falling off the thread (not meant as sarcastic, just trying to visualize )? What is your sewing process?

When I sew mine, I stack all the pieces on the needle - squishing down until the needle is full. Then I push the whole stack down the thread, sew back down the middle and tie off.

I do the same thing as the other ladies Are you getting the needle to full and then they fall off maybe??? or are you going back through the same hole you went through on the first time sewing thru??I also use a real long needle for my korkers, makes it much much easier

I have a small block of wood the I put a tiny hole in so I can stand my needle up to stack the ribbon. I actually have 6 holes & use 6 threaded needles so I can make them at the same time. Or if someone helps me, 1 person can place the ribbon on the needle while the other person threads.

How did you get the hole small enough to set the needle in, I'm curious to this technique, can you take a picture, sounds like a great idea. I'm tearing my fingers all to pieces making these.
Thanks
