Default Where to get fabric covered vintage buttons?

I know that you can make covered buttons. I don't think she made these though. That would get pretty expensive. Does anyone know anything about these buttons? http://littlemissclippies.com/item_1...Collection.htm

I don't know about hers specifically but they look exactly like the vintage buttons I make. My mom is a quilter and has a ton of vintage or replica fabric that she lets me use for my buttons. All you need is a little bit of fabric to make the button so it's pretty inexpensive. Check out eBay for fabric or better yet garage/estate sales...way cheaper to make them rather than buy them!!

I got some almost like that in the scapbooking section at Michael's. They were actually brads, but I just used a pliers to twist the metal pieces off, and then glued them to my clips.

They are brads for scrapbooking from Michaels. I have some, just different colors. You just twist the brad off and then the back is flat. HTH!!

They look like ordinary covered buttons to me (nice fabric, though), with some extras glued on after they were made.

Hmm... interesting...

Are they expensive? Because they're really easy to make.

Has anyone ever worked with those tiny crystals?

I'm up here in Canada and I just bought some from Michaels and paid $8.95 for them. I saw them at Wal-mart too for the same price

I think that I paid about $5 at Micheals for them. And if you have a coupon.....
