hihi

i just use the instruction from one of the free site.....My 1st time doing it....I use 14inches with 1inch elastic band......I use the normal Tulle from TRR or Rabom.....I tied them closely to each another and not those loose thick type....i use my finger tip to crumple them together which become very thin.....and tied it around the band.....and pull them close to each other and not too tight.....

hope it help

How wide did you cut your strips of tulle? I need to make one for my granddaughters Bitty Baby. I think I need my tulle 10 inches long, but not sure how wide to cut them. I am thinking 3 inches if a human one is 6. Anyone ever tackle this?
