Default Attaching bottle caps to bows.

I am not used to bottle caps...probably never will be..I like disc its best, but I have to settle for some bottle caps this week on an order. So, what is the best way to attach a bottle cap to the bow. I have seen a few tuts that say drill two holes (one in top, one in bottom) and run your ribbon through it..which does seem like it would be best...but may not be an alternative for me at this point. Any suggestions?? I am getting these at a bargain price, and they are good caps, but I do believe they have the rubber seal as well. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Here's what I do..
Put a glob of E6000 on the inside of the cap. Then put a small piece of ribbon on top of the glue and press down. Then put another glob of glue on top of the ribbon. Then take the ribbon you are using to attach the bow and put on top of the glue and press down. It seems the ribbon adheres better to another ribbon instead of the rubber thingy inside the cap. HTH!

The caps will attach fine with the rubber still in them. I put a dab of E600, my ribbon, more E600 and then a button on top of the ribbon. Let it dry and then attach it to the bow

I E6000 any stray button from around the house to the inside of the cap and then E6000 the button to the bow. Never had one come loose yet!

I use plastic from this place, love them and I use hot temp glue and I just scratch off a bit of the plastic coating from the cap as I cant use E6000

Could you just use the E6000 right on the sides of the caps? Would it hold? I know it is small, but wondering.
