Default How to make a sewn Tutu

I'm wanting to learn how to make a sewn tutu, but cant seem to find the best way to do it. I normally do the non-sewn tutu's but want to try something new. Does anyone know how to do them or where i can go to learn how. I kinda know the basic but i'm unsure of how to do it with different colors.
I never knew how simply saying "Momma i Wuv you" would ever make me feel so powerful as a Woman...As a Mother.

I would try just sewing the tulle to a piece of fabric that you will make in to a waist band and add elastic

you would want the fabric to be at least 2.5-3 times bigger than the finished waist so it you wanted a 20 inch waist, you need it to be 50-60 inches

Oh that was a good little Tut. I'd imagine you'd use a lot of Tulle to keep the elastic from showing, but I might like using elastic better this way verses the no sew. thank you for sharing!
