Here in my country there are not many craft shops and are very expensive so my Dh told me that wood burners are the same as soft soldering tools so we went to a hardware store a voila!!!!
there it was and like 70% less than what they where asking me at the craft store.
Maybe you should try the hardware store

I have checked all hardware stores and crafts stores on island (we are only a 8 mile by 12 mile island, so there isn't much here) and they didn't have anything.

My MIL said she had one that she is going to ship to me and we will see after that. Thank you all so much.

While you are waiting, you can try a lighter or a candle. Both work well to seal the ribbon, although it takes a little practice and is not as precise. It is much less messy than nail polish. Make sure that you don't have any air blowing around (such as a fan or a nearby AC vent) or it will cause the flame to flap around, and make it hard to get a good straight finish.

You will love the woodburning tool! It makes it so easy to cut and seal ribbon with clean lines, in much less time than nail polish, lighters, candles...

Okay- so I got it...and it does leave the black residue on my ribbon after about the 3rd one I seal
Now if I keep a wet sponge is it going to burn the sponge? And if I use the steel wool do i like scrub it while its still hot after each end I seal?
