Default Please help!! (Glue runner question

I bought some Ad Tech permanent glue runner at Walmart to use to line clips. I thought it was something that was very similar to the Sealah Tape that I've read about on this forum. I've never made the little baby clips before and so I decided to give it a shot. I lined a couple of clips using this glue runner and even let them set overnight, but it just pulls the ribbon just pulls right off.

I guess I am just wanting a strong hold that I get with a glue gun, but I am not having success with this glue runner that I bought.

Is the Sealah tape different from this? Does Sealah hold the ribbon with a strong hold or is a hot glue gun going to give the best results.

Any help or advice any of you experts can give me would be very, very much appreciated.

Many, many thanks! I will give that a try. How does this compare to Sealah Tape? Should I invest in the Sealah Tape if I like the terrifically tacky or just use the TT?
Thanks so much for your advise!

I like TT and sealah tape equally well! (The tape runner you have is GREAT for scrapbooking or any other paper craft if you do any!)

Is any of this tape washable, does anyone know? One of my customers has reflux and bows and clips always seems to get in the way when she gets sick. Thus clips and bows and components need to be washable.

Thanks. I always have to expiriment when I do things. I either run it through the wash with a lingerie bag or wash by hand in the sink. I never run things through the dryer though.
