I had a problem once with my hot glue not holding. Then someone told me that I needed to let my glue gun warm up for quite a while before using it so it's nice and hot. That fixed the problem I had. But some things do really need E6000. Can you take the things that need E6000 out on your patio to work with?

I've been using e-6000 on my flowers and tutu wands for a few months and haven't had anything fall off - YET! I hope I don't have customers sending things back because they didn't hold I'm really worried. I guess I could hand sew the flowers but the tutu wands NEED glue. And I hate my hot glue gun - it just doesn't hold. And I'm constantly burning myself because I am just totally accident-prone in general.
The biggest issue I have with the e-6000 is the stupid metal tube it comes in. It always gets cracks in it from squeezing it. Then you have a a huge leak and pretty much have to throw the whole thing away. I've wasted so much of it just because of the crappy packaging. Does anyone else have this problem?
