is there a tutorial for making a tutu with a crochet headband? I have tried one with elastic and I am just not happy with it

I make my tutus with a 3" headband and folding over itself. When the girl is wearing it u can't even see the waistband when she sits. I think it's ok because at least I know she is comfy in it. But I do want to attemp a tutu dress!! The cons for me on a tutu dress is that the wholes on the top are too revealing . U could maybe wear a tank top under it but it won't look as glamouruous.

I make speciality ones for babies and nope its not hard to do at all i usually way -0-12 months for a small crochet band but you can certainly sew two together! some crochet holes do unravel so just beware but you can always use 2 holes to tie it onto if that happens-check out my site and take a look at the baby shoot i did last month!

I can make a tutorial if anyone needs one its really all about layering, the more layers you use the poufier it is the higher up you go it will look more "ball gown:" like a princess!

now i never made a tutorial so i just need to figure out how :lol: Ill start a new thread when its all done! I love free tutorials!

I saw the crochet stuff for sale at hobby lobby by the yard. I think it was the 3 inch thick stuff.
