Default frog clippie

I found a pic of this frog clippie and I would love to learn how to make one for my dd. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it..lengths of ribbon, etc. Thanks in advance.

that's cute! I can't help you with the measurements - I would eyeball it myself.

It's body looks just like the turkey clip, and you can look at the picture on how to fold it legs. I would use the measurements from the turkey clip for the body though. I may be off, but that is what I would do.

So, do you use the turkey instructions listed on the girlythingsbows website?? Or from somewhere else? Thanks for your help.

I think it looks like the xmas tree with the bottom loops longer for the legs, and the head similar to the turkey. I really think the body could be the tree.

I would sat flattened turkey for the body but there are many ways to make everything. Sometimes I used individual pieces and other people use one peice that is wrapped or turned. Best way is to experiment. Use your scrap ribbon so that its no waste. That's how I made my bunny. I changed the ear size 4 times before I was really happy with it.

I do use those instructions on "girlythings". I can't wait to see how it works out for you.

Okay..so I tried one. It turned out ehh..okay. Don't think I will ever make another one unless I could find more detailed instructions. Oh, well..not too bad for my first try. I'm attempting to post a pic now, hopefully I do this right.

Okay..well, for some reason it keeps coming up with an error and won't let me upload the pic. I'll try it again tomorrow when my husband can help me. Thanks again for the help girls!
