Default If you love the woven plastic headbands...

but, like me, have an infant who won't be able to wear them for awhile, I offer you this!

A woven infant headband. I haven't seen this before so I don't know if it has been done, if so just ignore me in my enthusiam!

(sorry for the iphone picture with the headband on my kitchen counter, my baby is sleeping and I couldn't wait to take a picture, I will add one of her wearing it when she wakes up.)

Oh I love it! I have yet to try my hands at woven headbands. Any idea as to where to get instructions?

My little one doesn't have enough hair for a regular headband yet either but I think one like this would be so cute.

My sister (who also post on here) makes a woven baby head band, but hers is different from that. They are super popular around here! Yours looks great

I think I ordered one from her! She does the military braids right? Yea, I haven't tried to those yet.

I can't wait to get it.

I used these instructions, I just elimiated the plastic headband part and added the elastic to connect the ends together.

So do you think this would work for older girls and sports if I put silicone on the headband. My niece would love it for softball.

So you just did the weave on a piece of elastic, right?
