Default Tinker Bell Tutu

Can you guys help me out....I want to make a Tinker Bell tutu for my niece and I am having trouble figuring out how to cut the ends to give the tulle that sharp point (and making it look even)..... any advice would be greatly appreciated

I forgot where I read it but I read that someone made a regular tutu then took scissors and cut the ends to points after making the tutu so that it would all me even then you could see how you want to stagger the lengths... just an idea

I'm guessing that you are tying the tutu. You could try this, once you have the strips of tulle cut, stack some on top of each other, fold the stack in half and then cut your points. HTH.
