I think that would be a good price point as well. I'm wondering if I should start the cards with last month's totals. I would have 3 people that would only have to buy a bow or set of clippies to reach that. What do you think???

I have my parties a little differently, I let the ladies book parties at their house and invite their friends. I bring all of my bows and set up and let them decide what they want to buy. I offer an incentive of $75 worth of merchandise if the party generates $200+ and if the sells aren't as good they still get $30 worth of merchandise. I also take custome orders if there is something that I do not have there, but usually I get the hostess to find out what of the needs of her friends so that I will usually have everything I need.

I have had great success with my parties!! I have recently had to take a break from them due to having a set of twins, but my customers are ready to start the parties again. I will be doing some after a craft show in town and will post pictures of set up and everyone mingling.

I had one in March, and sold over $300 to 9 ladies in about 2 hours. I did not do any kind of presentation - I just set my products out, and answered any questions they had. It was a lot of fun! I sold 2 custom order bows, but the vast majority was picked from what I had on hand.

I am a buy it now take it now, type of shopper. I like to touch what I buy.I am wanting to do some parties for the fall....

I think they would be a hit because is not like you order pay now and wait 6 weeks to get your item and find out you dont like the quality...
