Default how do you make a tutu halter dress??

ok ladies im new here and i am wanting to see if anyone has any info/instuctions on how to make a tutu halter dress, my daughters birthday party is saturday and so i dont have any extra money to spare but would like to make her one for the party.

I sell instructions for these on my website.
But, an easy way to do a tutu dress is to just make a longer tutu and add satin ribbon to the elastic for around the neck, and you can also jazz it up by tieing satin ribbon around the waist too!

These are really easy to make (i'm not sure if this is what you are looking for) but just tie the tulle into the holes of the crochet like you would on a elastic band for a regular tutu. If this is what you are looking for and have more questions let me know and I can try to help you.

The larger one is 5" the ones people use to make hats with and the smaller one is 2 3/4"-3" hope this helps
