I said 2". I sew all my korkers, I just feel like they are more secure than tying.

I started making them 3 to 3.5", but I quickly fell in love with the 2" ones. They are so cute and perky and full. The larger ones just never looked full enough or perky enough for me and I used a bunch of Korkers even.

What size dow rod do yall use? Or do you buy the ribbon already done?

And how do you get your ribbon to stay stiff??

Thanks ladies!

I voted 2.5" just because that is what I sell. (well they are about 2.5" across when finished)

I sew, so the korker box wouldn't help me, but a neat trick

I actually cut my pieces at about 1.5in... But I tend to sell mine more in sets so they are smaller for piggies, but you can put them together for a regular pony! And I sew mine together! When I first started I used a box (actually it was bristle blocks, hehe) but I didn't like the way they turned out being tied together!
