Default Attempting my first tutu....

Okay I am going to try my hand at making a tutu. My daughter wants one to wear for her birthday party and wants me to try and make her one...Any advice before I venture out?

Default Re: Attempting my first tutu....

I found it easiest to wrap the tulle around one of my kitchen chairs (in the middle) for the length and then cut one side. Also, if I put the elastic/ribbon that I am using around something, the tulle goes on quicker and easier.

I hope I explained that right.
