Default advice

Today I was in a resale shop and htey have some bows in there which in my opinion are very ugly! But thats beside hte point! So anyways my mom asked if they would be interested in seeing some of mine and the lady said they have been looking for someone else to supply them. So How should I go about doing this? Should I take her 1 of everything I can make? or take just a few samples???

Take samples of everything you'll be willing to supply. I get to take my bows to a salon next week, I'm going to start with my basic bows in solid colors and my princess clippies then if sales are good I'll add in some of the others. (The salon owner has seen all of my bows).

Yes, I would definitely take one of each style (or print) that you do, and perhaps give her a free sample of a bow or clip. After all, everyone likes something for nothing!! Good luck

Definetely show off everything you can do. A colour chart could be useful and if you've got a picture portfolio to show what you've made but don't have right now it'd be great. Just show her the photo, don't leave the potfolio there. There's been some unfortunate cases when boutique owner just take your designs and hire somebodyelse make it for half the price. it may be not the case but extra caution does not harm. Good luck!

If you do come to an agreement, make sure that you have everything in writing. Mention it casually, something like, "I can also leave a copy of my agreement with you, so that if you decide you want to work with me, you can look over it and we can make any needed adjustements."
Like Lynn said, sometimes it doesn happen that the will take your idea and find someone cheaper. Good luck and hope this helps!
