Default Ribbon Tees

Ok so I made Brooklyn a ribbon tee, but I can't get the bow to attach right, I guess its to heavy. So how can I make it "stand up"? I tried Velcro and it sags. In this pic I just have it laying on there

That ribbon tee is beautiful I had the same problem with mine. I did use velcro but not on a strip. I found little round circles of velcro and ended up using 1 on each side on the top and 1 on each side of the bottom (4 total). I couldn't get it to work with a safety pin or broach pin. The velcro circles was the only thing that worked for me. Hope this helps.

Sorry i am no help on this question but I have a question for you. Do you rip the side seam, stick the ribbin in and then resew? I would like to make one but am unsure as how to attach it. TY!

Yeah I ripped out the seams... I was a little nervous at first but when I flipped it back over to tuck you couldnt even tell three were holes there! then I stitch-witched the ribbon on and sewed it too
