Ok, here is with the glitter foam. I just sewed my ribbon onto the foam and I don't think I'm going to mess with covering the end-in pic 2 I pulled her hair back to show where I sewed.

I did the toggle on it too-I prefer them because it's so light weight and the elastic always seems to slip up the back-plus it's a sure fit every time.

Walmart has the foam but it's the sticky back. I think all of the others mostly carry the sticky back too and shipping prices are crazy online, but it'll save time to just buy the foam!

I just bought some of the glitter foam without a sticky backing at JoAnn's. It was 1.49 a sheet. I like this idea so much I bought a few sheets to try it out with.

Princess Stinkypants Mom: Do you mind shring how long you made the glitter part? And the ribbon lengths?

Good to know JoAnn's has the non-sticky back. I haven't made it there yet to look. The 12" is perfect size so I just cut it by width. I made the ribbon 10" long and it worked well on Brynnley (3) and myself.

oh those are cute! Next time I take my kid to chuck e cheese I will stop at joanns, its next door. How thick did you cut the foam? 1"? looks like you attached 7/8 ribbon to it.

I cut it 7/8" and used 5/8" ribbon
