Question The perfect crease

How do I get this perfect crease?

I just can't figure it out. No matter what I do, I just can't get it to look like this. Does anyone know how to do this and would be willing to share the secret? lol. My daughter's first birthday is coming up this week and I would love to be able to make her bow look perfect for her pictures. Thanks so much ladies

I'm struggling with this also. It seems like I have to do the bow four or five times before finally getting it right. It seems like one side is always twisted perfectly and the other side is kinda floppy. So I do it over, what seems like the same way, and then it will turn out right....I just don't know.

This is what I do. After I get my bow folded and twisted the way that I want it, I take a straight pin and weave it in the center of the bow; then I tie it. The pin guides the bow the way is should fold. My first stick is down in the bow not up. Here is a picture of my fold with the pin. It is the only way I can fold and keep the shape of bow.

what i do is i "weave" the needle through, rather than make my poor little fingers make and hold the crease, lol. here are some pictures. i just made a tuxedo bow but i think it may be used on those pretty boutique bows. just make sure the needle weaves through all of the ribbon.
the first pic is of the front. second, of the back, and the third is when you just pull tight, wrap around, and secure.
then i just cover the string part with a bit off ribbon.
HTH
edit/add on:
excuse the dirty ribbon scrap i used and the unsealed ribbon ends. just made this as a quick tut.
