Default Sippy Cup Leash

Does anyone know of a tutorial for making a sippy cup leash?

There use to be one in the Instruction contests area but it was deleted; something about designs being used on a Chinese website.

Anyway, I did a Google search and I found one set of instructions that are for sale, but it is an In The Hoop project for a 5x7 hoop and my embroidery machine only has a 4x4 hoop.

Of course, I would prefer free, but I'm open to buying if necessary.

Thanks!
Laura

I thought I had one bookmarked at some point but must not have. We'll have to guess a bit on the measurements, but this looks really simple with the D ring and velcro. I have a "No-Throw" one somewhere around here...

Neat but it looks alittle unsanitary.

Looks like it would be easy to throw in the wash to me....I am making these for my next show. I am always looking for new gift ideas for babies, if I did 1.5inch ribbon, I could even monogram the strap. Thanks for the idea!

We have one of the no throw ones and I don't see why they would be more unsanitary than your kid throwing the bottle on the floor and you picking it up and giving it to them??? That is the point of these-so you aren't losing them and they aren't falling all over the floor. They are all washable so you can just throw them in the wash when needed, but ours was never dirty and held up really well.

I was looking at them in miejer's the other day (michgan ladies know that store) and it was 4 dollars. Basically the one end was velcro and the other end was a snap clip. Doesnt look too hard to make.

If you're like me and hate using a sewing machine, this one has held up extremely well for DD, except I hotglue everything instead of sewing.
