Default Holiday bows

Do you all sell many holiday bows? My first attempt was Halloween and that was a bust, then came X-Mas and that was not the best either. I took all my bows to a local office and everyone bought the plain bows. No X-Mas was bought.

After that I started thinking that I never see girls with holiday bows, where I live. Do they just not sell well, because they can be worn for a short period of time? I decided to not do Valentines because I don't like getting stuck with the bows and all of the ribbon.

Thanks for your help!
Angelia

I did more Halloween in Michigan. Christmas I sold to down south. Your guess is as good as mine!

My sister has sold very few layered loopy bows. She did christmas, has done fall, halloween, never sells very many, even at . Then we put the V-day bow on the site and she has already sold 6. Crazy. I would think, like tiff said, pink is always in. so, I'd say, give it one more shot. Then quit if it doesn't do well

My Holiday bows sold pretty well on Ebay. Well may be because on ebay you got people from many different places. I did Halloween, Xmas, and now Valentines. I sold almost everything I made for Halloween, and Xmas was better than fine. In the last few days it was not very nice, but I have been expecting that may be people are still too tired from shopping for Xmas?

I think you're right, Lynn. People will be gearing up for Valentine's very very soon. Christmas decorations are still up!

I only do Halloween colors - not the printed ribbon. (we dont celebrate it)

I sold a TONNNN of turkey clippies. I think I made 20 of them! For Christmas I sold alot too. I just held alot of my red bows for Christmas over to my red bows for Feb. My next holiday I am preparing for is Easter.

Holiday stuff can be pretty popular here - I sold a TON of Christmas clippies this year and all of the holiday bows I made too, now that I think of it. I guess it depends on where you live and who is buying.
