There is a good tut on YouTube that I used. Just type in tutu and it should pop up. Use the tulle on the 6" roll. It is much easier than the tulle from the bolt.

IMO you get a MUCH fuller effect with bolt tulle! I only use bolt tulle but that is just me! Also I dont use ribbon (except to wrap the waist when I am done, I use elastic

I use elastic for mine. The problem with ribbon to me is that it is easy for little fingers to untie, and the elastic will fit a wider range of sizes. HTH

The rolls are so much quicker. I tried the bolt for my first one, it took forever to cut. Between stopping and chasing my kids, I'll stick to the rolls. lol

i like the bolt sooo much better, i used the roll for the first time yesterday and did not even get a newborn tutu out of it, it is so thin and doesn't poof as well to me!

i put all of mine on ribbon and i just wrap it around just like the elastic!
