Thanks in advance!

That was a question I was going to ask - what type of paint do you use? I just have the craft acryllic paint, but I imagine that is not smooth enough. Any advice? Thank you, Jen

These are exactly what I'm going to make for my nieces. I was having problems with lettering too. I think that I will find the font I want off the computer, and go from there.

You could have the name cut out of vinyl. I can do that if you'd like.

I make some almost exactly like hers, but for a lot cheaper. I use a stencil and stencil paint for my letters.

I'm pretty sure that was done on a cricut....maybe not... but you certainly could decoupage cricut letter on like that...

I've done these before using the cricut with the vinyl but I haven't sealed them yet (I've never sold them but want to start). What would you recommend to seal? I've never decopaged but have had a bottle of mod podge for probably a couple years now!!

thats exactly what I would use : ) unless you want a really glass like shine... then I'd use a thick polyurethane or something like that... Anyone else have ideas?

You can get a spray sealer in a can that is either high gloss or matte look depending on what you want. Or you could do Envirotex lite for a 3-d & glassy look.

Great idea thanks
