Default Anyone Know How To Make These?

Hey girls, I have been trying for days to figure this out. I know it has to be simple, but I am just not having any luck. They have them attached to an alligator clip! Love 'em, simple and different from anything I have. I have already tried to make them the same way you would a korker. I also made a loopy bow and cut the ends, no luck so far. Any suggestions or instructions out there?

Looks like these instructions, but with more ribbon, or perhaps with smaller ribbon?

Thank you so much! I just sent her a message to find out if it involves sewing, because that is not my thing. Hopefully there is a way to make them with elastic or wire! Thanks again!

Well, she answered and it does require a little sewing. Angie, do your instructions require sewing? I love the big foo foo ones that you make, but my market is more for smaller girls. Would I be able to make something similar to that picture with your instructions?
