Default Covered buttons on paci clips

I would love to make some of the mongrammed paci clips for a friend. I know to use the size 60 buttons. How do I attach the button to the clip? Also what is the best clip to use?

i order from etsy the pacifier clips---type that in search and look for the ones that have the fabric protector on the inside--it's just a white plastic circle, that won't ruin clothing. as far as attaching it to the other end which would be fabric, keep the backing and sew it onto your fabric choice--i would cut a fabric strip thin enough to pass between the back bar, back stitch several times for a good hold and then sew that strip to the fabric leaving enough room to be able to attach snap or velcro whichever method you use--sorry its a little tough to explain w/out photos

Ok so I have the suspender clips for my paci clips. Do I just use E6000 to attach my mongrammed covered button to it?
