If you bought Instructions from Littlecansofbeans - Lorraine, she is more than willing to help you!
I bought hers and she is awesome!

it may take a couple of steps, but what i did, i had to make a color index card with the colors that i chose--I was using vanitha's and she suggests using the same colors as her, but i didn't want to so i wrote down what color of mine would match her color and wrote the steps on them---it definitely helped me out especially after making the first woven braids and then repeating it all over.
Here's how mine ended up looking. I wanted it to match several tops and outfits with all the colors i used in her head band. HTH

well about the first 2 inches of the headband took me over an hour. Then the rest fell into place!! I finished the rest in about 15 minutes!! Now I am just needing to find some headbands so I can make up a bunch in school colors!! YAY !!

It's just something that you will have to practice, practice, practice. I bought Lorraine's (littlecansofbeans) and I had to make several using the exact colors that she used. As you make a few, try not to focus so much on the colors as much as the steps. Basically, when you get used to it, it's only 4 steps. Don't give up. Once you learn the STEPS, it will become second-nature. It also took me well over an hour the first couple that I made. Now, I can whip one out in 10 minutes AND watch t.v. while I make them. I promise if you'll keep working, you'll get the hang of it.
