Default Flower Clips- Lining the Clip

When you guys make a flower clip, how do you chose to line your clip?

Do you use grosgrain? Velvet ribbon? Also do you use white? Or do you match your ribbon to the flower color?

Just curious! Thanks!

I use grosgrain ribbon and I use light green, I think it is lemongrass, I don't know why I think it makes sense in my mind?

Thanks! Yeah, I saw a lady who makes these flower clips, and she lined hers with light green velvet ribbon, and it just looked so pretty, kind of like a stem I guess!

I do the same thing.

Although, the green velvet sounds like something to try.

I've always matched the grosgrain ribbon to the flower color, but I really like this idea.
