I used to tie and hot glue my bows... but then last week my daughter managed to pull a loop out of one of her bows and I couldn't fix it without it looking like crap, so now I sew everything!!!

Really?Wow.lol.I am not very good at sewing so that's why I started to tie them.I usually put hot glue over where the knot is.

I am an amateur bow maker. I work at a school where I've sold a few of my bows to my friends. Suddenly, the cheerleader sponsor asked me if she could hire me to make all the bows for the cheerleading squad. I realized that if I want my little business to grow, I need to make quality bows that are going to hold up well. I was experimenting with them and I just got to thinking that sewing may make work easier and a little neater, even though I love my glue gun! Any other tips?

I sew all my bows. I use either E6000 or Fabri-Tac to line my clips and to attach the bows to the clips.
