Question Anyone know what this is?

Does anyone know how to make the thing in the middle of the flower bow on the sleeves? I can't figure it out and can't find it anywhere. I know it's probably simple, but just can't seem to figure it out.

It looks like a pyramid knot to me, made with 7/8" ribbon.

Yes, it's a pyramid knot, with the ends folded under the knot. I've done them in the center of a little flower bow, like this:

Thank you VERY much! The instructions dont look like it would turn out like that, but others do - I'll have to try it and see. Thanks again!

Is there anyway that you can tell me how you did that, because it looks totally different then the pyramid knot instructions. Those look more like a knot - where yours looks like a cube.

That's funny - no, I live in NC and it's at a place called Sissy's in Morehead City.

It's just a regular knot, but don't pull it tight. Sometimes I sort of pinch the center to get it to stand up really well. I cut the ends super short (after I tie the knot) and then just fold them under the knot and glue them down.

Here's some instructions I found. Hope they're helpful. :-)
