Default Help! Have you ever used 3/8" headband?

I've purchased every size in the plastic headbands thinking that the smaller ones can be for the babies or little toddlers....i also purchased the instructions for braiding and making woven headbands, but the size used for an example was either 1/2" or 1" and I can't find any tutorials for smaller other than wrapping the headband which I don't want to do, I want a "design"
I was wondering if any of you have ever tried to do the weave w/ a 3/8" headband and had any luck with it? if so, what size ribbon did you use? 1/8" or 1/4"?

Haven't tried it but wouldn't you still be fine using the 3/8?---would just show less of the "sides" wouldn't it?....Maybe I'm completely wrong on that....I wouldn't do 1/8" though...it would take years!!!!

I use 1/4" ribbon on the smaller headbands. It does take a little longer to do them but not that much longer.

I have used the 3/8 ribbon on the 3/8 headbands. They came out really cute.
