Default Stacked bows w/ Korker in the middle

I saw this bow that I guess the pros would call a stacked bow?--(sorry a newbie here) and it had a couple of korkers in place of a button, knot or some other embellishment--i know how to do korkers, but i wanted to know if there was a trick for placing them in a stack bow ie: how many do you use, do you sew them together, tie or sew korkers together first then hot glue to ribbon? can someone pls. help? TIA

I think there was just a thread on this...but I might be crazy...
If it were me, I would sew the korkers in the middle...probably one at a time...so that I could judge when it looked full enough. HTH

Here are a couple of mine...I sew the korkers together, and then sew them to my stacked bow. I finish off with a knot of some sort in the middle...

With my korkers, I thread them together and then tighten them at the end. Its easy and fast for me. I can't sew.lol.

i couldn't view the link, but it pretty similar to the 2nd photo of the thumbnail from about, it looks like about 6 spikes, 2 diff. loops, then a boutique bow and then a couple of korkers in the middle---
i guess just attaching them like any other embellishment or bottle cap would do. Thanks guys for the input!
