Like Luv said, it goes a long way. I'm happy with it. I would let my infant wear a clip using the tape. If she really, really wanted to, I guess she could rip the ribbon off. :0) I would NOT recommend using it to stick an embellishment or bow to the clip. Those are much easier to rip off.

At the thermoweb online store the roll is $4. I can't remember what I paid at michael's for it, but it's fairly cheap.

I line a couple of yards of ribbon with the tape first. Then cut the lined tape into 4 1/2" strips. Then remove the backing and apply it to the clip. I do kind of an assembly line thingy... I'll line a bunch of ribbon, then cut it all, the apply to the clips. Mass production is a cinch!! HTH

OK, who's going to be the first brave soul to post a photo of their sealah lined clippies (no embellishments!)???
C'mon, show all of the hotglue-sniffing bow-making mommas how good they look!

I bought a roll of sealah no sew and dont really care for it, its 3/8in and covers the ribbon perfect but I find it stays sticky on the egdes under the clip. I prefer hot glue.

I have seen this at walmart! I have always wondered if there was something I could use it on...now I know I am going to have to pick some up and try it out. I like the hot glue but it would be nice to do away with the bumps I get here & there. Thanks!!!

If you buy the 1/4 tape, you won't have this problem. The 1/4 tape fits nicely between the ridges of the ribbon.

That sounds good, does anyone have a sample of the 1/4" tape they can send me? I'd pay for it!

Or I can send you toggles.

I LOVE the sealah tape and will never glue a clip again! I use the 3/8" and I think it is just perfect. i line a few yards of ribbon and then cut the length that is needed and line away! I can do 30 pairs easily in one night!

Dumb question, do you all use the double or single prong alligator clips with the tape? Thanks!
