ok I made these in brownies when I was young with tulle, I am not sure if that is how they are made or not, but I think it is just like a huge tulle puff

use pink shires and cut your fabric the same width, sew the ends together so you make 1 HUGE piece

so if you are using red what and blue fabric,

sew 1 red 1 white 1 blue 1 red 1 white 1 blue etc, until you have a pretty long piece then start wrapping them around something (I would say something that is 4-5 inches apart,m if you have a bow maker they would work perfect!

Once you have it all wrapped around, pink the end, so it doesnt fall down, take a ziptie and tie off the middle, pull it off and cut where it was wrapped then fluff it

That is the method we used for the tulle, thoguh I dont know if fabric would react the same way ??

That's not a good idea. The banned user is banned by IP, not ID. If you create a fake account and then start drama, chances are all of your ID will be banned.

If there are problem, just PM me.

By the way, I deleted the ruggity bow thread. Sorry about it.

Thanks.

I showed the lady that sits next to me at work a picture of the bow and she said she can remember wearing those as a kid.
