Default Bow question....

I can make a million boutique bows, not the problem, its that I redo one at least 10 times trying to get the loops even!!!!

I would be so much faster and happier if there is a trick for even loops, can someone make my day brighter???

Thanks in advance!!!

I really don't know if this will help you but I crease my ribbon like this instruction says. I am just starting so it is impossible for me to make them even as well. The creases are not visable in the finished bow so don't worry.

I used the instructions ref'd above too. They are some of the most helpful ones that I found as a beginner.

I measure mine out and put a teeny tiny dot every four inches, or whatever, for however many loops I want. The dots are covered by the other folds.

and, FWIW, I've seen many, many bows on other websites that aren't *perfectly* even, and they look just fine!

After I fold the bow I hold it with an alligator clip and adjust the loops. That way once I crease it, it's good to go.
