Default Re: What works best for itty baby headbands?

I bought the knee highs from Walmart today and made my first headband that way. It was so simple and they are so nice and soft.

My question is I bought several different 'eggs' of the kneehighs--making sure all of them were regular sized not queen but the seond pair I was going to use were a lot longer than the first pair. Is there a measurment that can be used as guide to make sure they are not too long or too short?? Or is it soooo streachy that it is pretty forgiving either way?

Thanks for your help!

Oh my gosh!! thank you so much for posting that video. I have been wondering how in the world you made those! Now i have one question where would i find headbands that i think are microfiber? correct me if I am wrong and it is a different fabric. They aren't as thin as nylon but not as thick as the cotton ones. thanks any help will do! Thanks alot ladies! I can't wait to try the nylon ones.

Back to the orginial question, I also find that headbands made with foe also sell well for me for infant headbands as they are so soft and stretchy. HTH
