Default Question on manking a bow holder

I am making my first bow holders. Its a wood frame with a wood accent I want to attach. Both surfaces are painted. How would you attach them? I don't want to nail as you can see that. I'm wondering if hot glue or Ailene's is strong enough??

Is it a wood cutout that you are adding to it?? If so, I use hot glue and haven't had a problem with any I have made. Easy Cheesy!!!

OK, I finished them today and I used hot glue. They seem to be on there pretty good, so we'll see how they hold up over the long haul! Thanks!
