Default Tying ends of ribbon on toggle headbands?

Are you doing this? I did for the few I made dd so far - but her hair covers it so you don't see the ends...

I don't tie the ends as I like the look of the tails hanging loose. I did have one mom who told me that her toddler pulled the ribbon out, but that she was able to get it back in...

Has anyone tried tying in knot stops for toddler sized bands? Just a thought for added safety. You still get the tails, but little miss won't be able to pull out cord lock.

I did that for my daughters. She was constantly pulling the ribbon out. I dont think it looks bad. I just tied it right at the bottom of each ribbon strand. I didnt tie them together, each piece has a small knot at the end. I like it. She doesnt pull it out anymore!

I just signed in to ask about toggles and here it is right on the top =) I made my daughter a few headbands and she will NOT keep them on. I was thinking about those toggles that you all have been talking about. Where can I buy them and would somebody be able to take a picture to show me how to use them for the headbands I made. (They are military braid headbands if that matters). Thanks in advance!

I'm going to search the forum to see if anybody has posted the where part of my question :P Sorry, I know I should have done that first..

Guess what? I answered all my own questions above by SEARCHING! Haha, oops. I'm am way too sleep deprived and have this site to blame. I think I missed the deadline for the group buy on the clear mini toggles. If anybody ordered more than they needed I would love to buy 15-20 or so of them. Please pm me if you have extra! Thanks!

This seller on eBay was discussed earlier-- she has lots of 25, 50, and 100 with Free Shipping. Here is her listing for 25 2-hole bean cordlocks for $5.50.

I haven't ordered from her (only from Scrub Hat Lady), but others have -- hope that helps!
