Default havin trouble layering ribbons...

I want to layer 3 ribbons of differing widths together and THEN make a loopy boutique bow. I've done 2 ribbons of equal widths with no problems, and 2 of different widths with only a little trouble. BUT, the 3 are looking all gappy (is that even a word?) and not snug on top of one another. I've tried sticking them together different ways, but that makes the bow very hard to gather in the middle.

Any suggestions on how to hold these suckers together as I twist and gather????

When I need to layer like that I use the iron on stuff to hold them together. I know with 3 layers it is really stiff to crease but can be done.
Printed foe & specialty ribbon buys done here!!
