The best advice I could give you is to not give up. I was NEVER creative and had never had that "crafty" part inside me. I started making bows when my 2nd daughter turned 2 and at first it was awful. Over time I bought instructions and little by little I got better. Practice really is the best way to get better. What's also great is that you can always log on here and get help or ideas. Keep your head up ladies and in time you will be happier with your work. Practice Practice Practice

I'm with Grace ~ keep plugging away. Here's how I look at it:

My bows may not be as amazing as some of the ones I see here, but if I'm happy with them, that's all that matters. I try to look at them with a filter on ~ would I be happy with these if I didn't compare them to other people's bows? I'm not great at mixing patterns and colors and whatnot, but I do my best . . . and have fun. In the end, that is the best thing for me.

Keep going, girls!! I'm sure you're doing much better than you think!!
