Here's one of the places where I go when I need free templates:
Label Templates - Microsoft Word Templates, PDF Templates, PrintShop Templates, Label Matrix Templates, EPS Templates

Your request for 4x6? That would be too tight, I think, cause you need some space between each circle, mainly because most -not all- printers don't print to the edge of the paper.

Mostly, I use the Word Template for circles. You will see that they are "squares" but they print like circles. Just drop your graphic into each box, and they will center themselves.

If you are unable to use any of programs on that site, let me know. I'll try something else.

If you use Word, you can just eliminate the squares you don't want, then use it as a new template...it should work just fine.

Yikes! If you've never used Word....but I can do it for you...how many circles do you want left??

It's a matter of removing columns first, then removing lines [of squares]

To add a pix to the square...
Put your cursor in the square, then up at the top of the program click on Insert.
Then click on Picture, then Art [if pix is in another program] or File [if pix is in a file in your computer]. Word will paste it in the square.

Then put your cursor in the next square and do the same thing above.

I would personally just fill in whatever squares you want and leave the rest blank...the lines won't print, just the pix.
