That was a cool link... it makes me want to make a tutu now! As if buying ribbon for bows wasn't bad enough.... my husband would flip out....

I do the same w/ several strip of tulle per knot. I found that it also helps with extra puffiness if you make the top strip and little shorter than the bottom.

the link listed is no longer active is there anyone who can help me .....i feel that im eaither making mine 2 long 2 poofy.....i just dont know......i even tried using allot less tulle...but the link seemed to help so many but its not on anymore so if i could please get some just be so happy
