Default Tutu Dress Bow Holder Specifics

Hi everyone! I'm extremely new to this bow making thing (just started last week) and I need some specifics on how to specifically attach the tulle at the bottom of the bow holder. I've tried to use those free instructions, but they were too vague. This is what I would like to know:
How to specically attach the tulle so that it looks full (not see through)
How to make the back look neat.

Here is the second one I made. It's okay, but don't like that the tulle doesn't look full. I couldn't possibly show you back. It's awful.

did you draw the top of the tutu holder mine always looks lopsided as for the tulle just use more and make your knots closer on your ribbon or elastic as for the back cover it completley all the way around. I think it would make it look better.

Is there anyone who wants to help me. I've figured out how to do the top since that last picture, but I still need to know to make the back look neat. I've tried trimming with ribbon, but ribbon doesn't curve so it doesn't look neat. Please, help!
